红外测温窗口



          红外窗口也叫红外测温窗口,是一个可以透过紫外线、可见光、红外线的光学窗口。将红外窗口安装在各种高压开关柜、城市环网柜和电机接线盒等电气机柜的壳体上,利用红外测温仪或热成像仪就可以方便地对印气机柜内部设备进行各种无损检测,满足大多数电力设备在不断电情况下进行连续的红外无损检测的检测要求,红外测温窗口通常由金属法兰件、O型密封圈、保护盖和光学玻璃四部分组成。其中,光学玻璃是红外测温窗口的核心部件,它决定了窗口的透光性能和耐用性。常见的光学玻璃材料包括蓝宝石等,这些材料具有高强度、高硬度、耐高温、耐磨擦、耐腐蚀以及优良的透光性能和电绝缘性能,其材质通常有氟化钙(CAF2)和氟化钡(BAF2),氟化钡用的较多。近年来,随着材料的发展,多光谱硫化锌(ZNS MS)也得到很大应用。

Among them, optical glass is the core component of the infrared temperature measurement window, which determines the light transmission performance and durability of the window. Common optical glass materials include sapphire, etc., these materials have high strength, high hardness, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent light transmission and electrical insulation properties, and their materials are usually calcium fluoride (CAF2) and barium fluoride (BAF2), barium fluoride is used more. In recent years, with the development of materials, multispectral zinc sulfide (ZNS MS) has also been widely used.
